Guest Services Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist

Location:

Cool Springs / Franklin, TN. Part‑time (~25 hours) available. Additional hours may be offered at Nashville and Mt. Juliet locations.

• Weekend availability required. Closing required for weekends.
• Closing hours: 6 P.M. on Friday, 5 P.M. on Saturday.
• Shifts vary.
• Option for additional hours in the future.

• Hourly wage varies.

• Comfortable using scheduling/booking software.
• Oversee appointment calendar, optimizing schedule and maximizing bookings.
• Enjoy discussing and selling hair packages/memberships and beauty products.
• Support a team of hair stylists and beauty technicians.

• Ability to work weekend hours (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) and be flexible with schedule; must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar.
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better.
• Salon experience and scheduling software experience an asset.
• Eye for cleanliness and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer.
