Guest Services Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist

Part‑time position (~10‑20 hours) at Blo Blow Dry Bar, Nashville (Hillsboro Village). Weekend availability is required; closing hours are 6 p.m. on Friday and 5 p.m. on Saturday. Additional hours may be available at Franklin and Mt. Juliet locations.

• Comfortable with scheduling/booking software
• Experience managing appointment calendars, optimizing schedules, and maximizing bookings
• Enthusiastic about discussing and selling hair packages/memberships and beauty products
• Team‑player supporting a group of hair stylists and beauty technicians

• Availability for weekend hours (Fridays, Saturdays, etc.) and flexibility to work peak hours as needed
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and for making people feel better
• Salon experience and scheduling software experience are assets
• Eye for cleanliness and the ability to perform cleaning tasks
• Strong technical skills and experience with a Mac computer
