Join Vanderbilt's Expert Hand Therapy TeamVanderbilt Health is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient rehab team in Franklin, TN. This PRN occupational therapy role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population (burns, limb loss, and complex reconstructive surgeries) in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized hand therapy services for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on upper extremity function.
- Fabricate custom splints and support post‑surgical rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals.
- Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems.

- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Tennessee
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred
- 2 years of hand therapy experience preferred
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations
- Strong communication and patient‑centered care skills
- Strong clinical skills in manual therapy, splinting, and post‑op rehab.
- Work in a state‑of‑the‑art outpatient rehab clinic in Franklin, TN.
