This role involves working collaboratively with students to assess, plan, and implement effective speech and language therapy services, fostering communication development and overcoming barriers to learning.

Location:

Franklin, TN (with travel requirements to various school sites as needed)

• Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Manage travel to multiple school locations within the region as required.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP.
• Experience working with school-age children in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between school sites reliably.
