Nurse Practitioner Job Description

Rejuve Anti Aging is a med spa and functional health facility in Franklin. We combine the latest in medical aesthetic, longevity, rejuvenating skin care, and results-oriented body treatments to help clients achieve their wellness goals. We are looking to add to our team to help with our expanding services and client base. Specifically, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to help clients look and feel their best.

Experience required for Neurotoxins, fillers, IV Therapy, microneedling, body sculpting, PRF. Experience in orthopedics , stem cell / exozome treatments is a plus but not required.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without prior experience in cosmetic dermatology, or medspa setting will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good Faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services
  - Deliver cosmetic injectable treatments, microneedling, IV Therapy, Joint injections, Laser hair restoration, Emsculpt NEO, and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Educate clients on all Rejuve Anti Aging treatment and product offerings
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

Skills/Duties Required

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane)
• Up-to-date Tennessee licensure: NP, or PA-C
• Minimum 2-3 years of aesthetic experience.
• Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures

• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
