We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team on a part‑time or full‑time basis. The ideal candidate values individualized patient care, thrives in a close‑knit team environment, and wants to practice at the top of their license—without high‑volume burnout.

You’ll work with a focused patient population, design customized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships that support long‑term outcomes and wellness.

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
• Deliver hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer appropriately
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications
• Contribute to a positive, patient‑centered culture and uphold clinic excellence

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong manual therapy skills and evidence‑based clinical approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Passion for high‑quality, patient‑centered care

New graduates with strong clinical skills and motivation are encouraged to apply.

• Highly competitive compensation – flexible structure
• Part‑Time: $45–55+/hour or up to $55 per patient
• Full‑Time: $85,000–108,000+ annually, plus bonus opportunities
• True one‑on‑one patient care (no 20+ patients/day model)
