Dietitian

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join LEVEL Wellness as an Independent Contractor (1099). The RD will play a key role in helping clients optimize performance, recovery, and aesthetics through personalized nutrition programming. This role includes working closely with concierge physicians, performance coaches, recovery specialists, and mental health providers in a collaborative environment.

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments tailored to client goals (performance, recovery, weight management, aesthetics, longevity).
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, including supplement strategies, hydration protocols, and fueling for endurance or strength performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to integrate nutrition into whole-person care.
• Provide education on macro/micronutrients, lab-driven interventions (iron, vitamin D, hormones), and gut health.
• Support wellness services such as IV therapy, red light therapy, recovery programs, and aesthetics with aligned nutrition guidance.
• Deliver 1:1 consultations (in-person and/or virtual), with optional group workshops or performance seminars.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices in sports nutrition, functional medicine, and integrative wellness.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sports nutrition, integrative health, wellness, or concierge medicine preferred.
• Strong interest in working with individuals, athletes, executives, and wellness-focused populations.
• Excellent communication and motivational coaching skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, luxury wellness environment.

Independent Contractor (1099) – flexibility in scheduling.

Compensation:
Percentage-based revenue share per consultation/session (negotiated).

Opportunities to lead workshops, group programs, and corporate wellness engagements for additional income.
