Responsibilities- Participate in the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff, and guests.
- Serve meals to all cafeteria customers.
- Clean work area as necessary or assigned.
- Accept and reconcile deliveries and put away stock.
- Use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and dishwashers.
- Maintain knowledge of essential hygiene factors involved in food preparation and of cleansing products and appropriate methods of cleansing a variety of surfaces.

Qualifications- Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED
- Licensure/Certification: Current Tennessee Driver’s License
- Experience: Previous experience working in a food service industry, preferably in a hospital or other institutional setting. In the absence of above qualifications/experience, must demonstrate the ability to learn necessary skills through the facility orientation program.
