Food Service Worker - Prn

• Participate in the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff, and guests.
• Serve meals to all cafeteria customers.
• Clean work area as necessary or assigned.
• Accept and reconcile deliveries and put away stock.
• Use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and dishwashers.
• Maintain knowledge of essential hygiene factors involved in food preparation and of cleansing products and appropriate methods of cleansing a variety of surfaces.

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED
• Licensure/Certification: Current Tennessee Driver’s License
• Experience: Previous experience working in a food service industry, preferably in a hospital or other institutional setting. In the absence of above qualifications/experience, must demonstrate the ability to learn necessary skills through the facility orientation program.
