Sun Crest Home Health, a part of the LHC Group and Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement treatment plans, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients to support their well-being in home care.
You will follow the supervising PT's plan of care, assist with gait and mobility, document responses, and coordinate with the care team. Qualified candidates must be licensed PTA, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to work weekends.
