Are you a highly skilled CNA or experienced caregiver who's confident in your abilities and ready for more responsibility?
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for experienced professionals who know how to handle complex care needs, adapt quickly, and take pride in doing things the right way.
You’ll work directly with clients, support fellow caregivers, and play an important role in making sure our families receive consistent, dependable care.
What You'll Do- Provide exceptional hands‑on personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance
- Confidently care for clients with dementia, limited mobility, and higher levels of personal care needs
- Step in to cover urgent caregiver callouts and schedule changes
- Work with a variety of clients and adapt quickly to different care environments
- Train, mentor, and support other caregivers
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and our local office team
- Help maintain our high standards of care and client satisfaction
- Experienced CNAs or highly skilled caregivers with strong hands‑on care experience
- Confidence with transfers, personal care, dementia care, and clients requiring significant assistance
- Full, open availability and flexibility to respond to changing care needs
- Excellent judgment, reliability, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and confidently in different client homes
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- $20 per hour
