This is strictly an entry-level position and offers a starting pay of $21 - $25 per hour, with flexibility based on experience. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklin, TN, for an entry-level Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations and office administration to ensure a smooth, compliant, and employee-focused workplace. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and benefits administration, and supporting payroll, timekeeping, and compliance activities. The position also provides administrative and logistical support across the organization, including recruiting coordination, event and meeting planning, travel arrangements, and visitor hospitality.
The HR Administrator serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, assists with internal communications and reporting, and helps maintain organized, efficient office and HR processes.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR assistant, HR coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role supporting HR functions.
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technology.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience with Benefits Administration is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
