The Human Resources Manager is a firm-wide resource ensuring the consistent delivery of a supportive workplace. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will support the Head of People and Talent by delivering robust benefits, compensation, and administrative analyses to further the people and talent initiatives of the corporate structure and wealth teams. This role ensures advisors and stakeholders can effectively support their teams while fostering a rewarding, value-driven, and high-performing "culture-first" environment.
