How you make a differenceThe ERP Technical Administrator manages the technical infrastructure supporting the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role maintains system performance, manages integrations, and ensures data accuracy and availability across finance operations. It involves coordinating system patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes while supporting middleware and API connectivity. The administrator collaborates with internal developers, vendors, and finance teams to design and deploy ERP solutions.
This position also ensures compliance with data governance standards and supports end‑user training and reporting.
- Manage and maintain ERP environments, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and data integrity.
- Support integrations and data flow between ERP and external systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and environment refreshes.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation, monitor system jobs, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
- 4‑6+ years of ERP administration experience.
- 3+ years of Oracle Fusion experience required.
- Experience supporting ERP integrations, middleware, and APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or other data query tools.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Understanding of financial and operational data structures.
- Oracle Cloud Administrator or related certification.
