Overview
Join the Network Operations Center (NOC) team at EMF, where you will monitor and optimize our radio networks from our dynamic headquarters. As an on‑site NOC Technician you will work 2nd and 3rd shift (Wednesday–Sunday) to ensure compliance with FCC guidelines and deliver top‑tier quality through proactive communication.
Responsibilities- RF Broadcast Network Monitoring & Support – monitor transmitter signals, analyze alerts, maintain logs, and perform troubleshooting of RF equipment and satellite receivers.
- Network Infrastructure Monitoring & Support – oversee routers, switches, servers, and cloud services; respond to connectivity and performance alerts; conduct Layer 1–3 troubleshooting.
- Incident Management & Communication – create, update, and close work orders; document incidents; follow escalation procedures; participate in incident reviews.
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s degree or technical certifications preferred. - 0–2 years of experience in broadcast operations, IT support, or help desk.
- Basic knowledge of RF broadcast equipment, IT systems, and help desk processes.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, teamwork, and service orientation.
