Powertrain Call Center Agent – Kelly Services
Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan, is hiring an experienced powertrain mechanic for a virtual, full‑time, hourly role. This position validates and authorizes technician diagnoses and supports warranty claims from home.

- Monday–Friday 7am–7pm CST (8‑hour shift)
- Occasional Saturday shifts with time‑and‑a‑half compensation
- Validate technicians’ diagnoses to protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience.
- Serve dealership personnel by navigating Nissan/Infiniti policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and other virtual channels.
- Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Utilize resources such as Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and campaign publications.
- Three or more years of hands‑on automotive repair experience; dealership experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair; adept with technical service manuals and tools.
- ASE Master preferred; must hold A1, A2, and A6 certifications.
- Computer skills:
Multi‑screen work ability; typing speed 30 wpm or better.
