* You will streamline workflows through user consultation.

* Financial services or mutual fund experience is preferred.
* User Research experience a plus
* Understanding of User Experience & Product Design a plus
* Knowledge of blockchain, tokenized funds, and digital assets is a plus.
* Understanding of desktop, web, client/server, and mainframe systems.
* Awareness of industry standards and platform architecture.
* Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
* Strong communication and time management.
* Professional presence and collaboration.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a global team.
* Flexibility in dynamic environments.

We expect the annual salary range for this position to be $100,000-$130,000 depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
