Mars is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join the Commercial Sourcing Team. You will translate market data into actionable insights, support supplier negotiations, and ensure system accuracy for a $1.7B regional spend portfolio.
Reporting to Sourcing Leadership, you will lead 1–3 projects annually, conduct market research, and collaborate with Sourcing Managers to benchmark pricing and maintain BOM and contract pricing in SAP.
