Game Developer

This is a chance to ship code that matters, working with Mentoring on systems serving high-traffic workloads. With $80,000 - $110,000 on the table, this mid-level role rewards 3 years of Laravel with autonomy and team-driven growth.

• Question the innovative Laravel pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
• Harden Data Wave Corp's Terraform auth so the TN audit comes back clean
• Stand up observability so Data Wave Corp sees failures before customers in TN do
• Decode the undocumented Ansible service nobody at Data Wave Corp remembers writing
• Spike a Cypress proof of concept fast when Data Wave Corp needs a yes-or-no answer

• A point of view on Data Wave Corp's space, sharpened by your own reading
• 3+ years that left you with strong instincts and few.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• 5+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
• Hands-on experience with modern Elasticsearch workflows and tooling
• A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam
• Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards

Equal parts laboratory and workshop, Data Wave Corp builds scrappy technology products that hold up far beyond the borders of Murfreesboro, TN. Learning out loud is encouraged here, so share the Conflict Resolution rabbit hole you fell down yesterday.

Count on $80,000 - $110,000, remote-first flexibility, parental leave, and a stipend for the tools and courses you need.

Applications submitted this week are going straight into our current review cycle.
