Field- Claims Advocate Leads

First Call Claims is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our property claims book in Tennessee. This field-based, full-time role operates on uncapped commissions with on-target earnings of $80,000–$150,000 and potential to exceed $300,000 for top performers.

You will use provided leads, build relationships with property owners, and drive the closing of claims. Direct sales experience and closing ability are preferred; licensing as a Public Adjuster is a plus.
