Litigation Paralegal

We’re seeking a Litigation Paralegal with hands‑on experience in discovery, case management, and litigation support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates attorney needs, and ensures cases move efficiently from intake through resolution.

• Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, subpoenas, etc.)
• Organize, analyze, and summarize medical and employment records
• Prepare and maintain case chronologies and evidence databases
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• File pleadings and manage court deadlines and calendaring
• Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, mediation binders, and trial exhibits
• Support trial preparation and logistics, including witness coordination and document management

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation
• Strong understanding of discovery procedures and case management in Tennessee state and federal courts
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
