As the Hiring Manager for Abound, you will be a key driver of our talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring high‑caliber candidates. You also will manage aspects of human resources related to our advisor‑track team—ensuring that from recruiting through onboarding, each new team member is aligned with our culture, values and performance expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth‑oriented, high‑energy environment, can travel occasionally (especially to college campuses for on‑campus career fairs and speaking), and is passionate about building great teams and systems.
