Branch Manager, Tennessee

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Franklin, Tennessee location. The Branch Manager will oversee the branch, develop and execute overall business goals, and be accountable for key managerial components.

• Recruiting and Hiring:
  Develop a hiring plan, allocate headcount, oversee recruiting goals and budget, and build a diverse team.
• Supervision:
  Provide supervision of Financial Professionals compliant with FINRA, SEC, state and firm rules, establish compliance tone, maintain positive branch exam results, and foster team cohesiveness.
• Staff Management and Development:
  Lead the entire branch population, streamline procedures and processes, and create an inclusive culture across all locations.

• Bachelor’s degree
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations
• State life and health licenses
• 5+ years in Branch Management or Sales Management
• 10+ years in the financial services/insurance industry
• Proven track record in managing profitability
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles

• CLU, ChFC and/or CFP
• FINRA Series 4 registration
• Strategic decision-making in partnership with branch leadership
• Experience with advanced market planning, seminar selling, training and sponsored software
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Success in recruiting and building diverse teams
• Success in overseeing an effective supervisory system
• Excellent managerial, coaching, computer and organizational abilities
• Strong compliance record
• Excellent communication skills with all levels
• Comprehensive knowledge of life, annuity, investment products, market planning and financial planning
