We are seeking a highly capable, operations-minded Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic and operational right hand to our executive leadership. This role ensures organizational alignment, drives internal communication, manages HR administration, oversees operational workflows, and supports high-level decision-making and execution. The ideal candidate brings both structure and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and discretion is essential.

The Chief of Staff will streamline decision-making, reduce operational friction, improve interdepartmental alignment, and ensure that leadership’s priorities translate into effective action. This role blends strategic guidance, cross-department leadership, and direct CEO representation, with a strong emphasis on turning concepts into actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Administration- Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding workflows.
- Administer PTO, leave policies, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Manage scheduling for HR-related meetings and performance discussions.
- Maintain and track KPIs and performance review cycles.
- Oversee business insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation.
- Convert high-level vision into operational execution by aligning teams, establishing clear milestones, and driving accountability across the organization.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, offering counsel on critical decisions, organizational priorities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Manage executive calendars, daily workflow, and meeting preparation.
- Drive interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and clarity across teams.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for executives, staff, and guests.
- Oversee facilities and property operations, including vendor management and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain operational readiness of office and studio environments, including inventory, equipment, and scheduling.
- Oversee guest logistics, including travel, hospitality, and timing coordination.
- Manage contract tracking, versioning, and organization.
- Represent the CEO in senior-level meetings and communications, ensuring alignment, clarity, and continuity of leadership.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on general matters and documentation needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline
- Proactive and anticipatory; able to solve problems before they escalated
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Strong process builder with a systems-thinking mindset
- Reliable, discreet, and experienced handling confidential information
- Strong command of modern productivity platforms and workflow tools
- Comfortable operating with minimal supervision and high accountability
- Must be local to the Nashville/Franklin, TN area or willing to relocate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, operations, EA support, project management, or Chief of Staff–type roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where responsibilities vary.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Must pass a background check.
