General Manager
Location:
Smyrna, TN
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Employment type:
Full-time
- Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them with leadership.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, set their goals, track progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a solid future team.
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
- Experience in hospitality or retail is acceptable.
- Must be 18 years or older.
