- SALES:
You should be able to close over 50% of leads you meet with on day 1. - LEADERSHIP:
You should be a proactive, accountable leader who can lead weekly 1-on-1 and staff meetings and drive business growth. - FINANCE:
Ability to manage the facility P&L with oversight; monthly budget reviews with ownership.
- Daily appointment setting, shows and prescriptive selling of high-ticket personal training and memberships
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency
- Facilitating weekly staff meetings covering key data points and driving action
- Meeting with facility owners weekly to discuss lead generation, sales, fulfillment, retention, LTV, COA, revenue, overhead, etc.
- Being accountable in financial meetings for an annual budget with line-item revenue and expenses
- Provide world-class experience to every visitor, including celebrities and professional athletes
- High-energy and strong at building rapport

Member Experience and Operations
- Serve as a key point of contact with members with emphasis on the D1 customer experience
- Assist with check-ins
- Set up new memberships in the POS system
- Process payments and provide front desk sales information
- Assist with special events
- Manage retail sales
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting through Mind Body POS; maintain daily/weekly statistics and financial reports; manage retail inventory to prevent shrinkage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience dealing directly with clients and providing a positive client experience
- Effective time management and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the company (owners, associates, clients, community leaders, D1 leadership team)
- Attention to detail with critical thinking skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Adherence to, and promotion of, the D1 Core Values
- Growth of membership/personal training and retention by providing exceptional customer service in the facility
- Accurate and timely completion of daily job duties
- Effective collaboration with vendors to ensure proper service levels for the facility and clientele
- Adherence to standard policies and procedures to safeguard the assets of the company
- Associate Degree
- 3+ years of high-ticket sales and management
- Can outsell anyone in the room and loves it
- Knowledge of gym and retail operations
- Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
- Is a manager who will be the first one in and the last one to leave
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation Structure: Salary + Profit Share + Bonus Potential
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (OTE $130,000)
Bonus: Incentive structure based on facility performance
