Role Description

This is a full‑time remote Maintenance Manager role. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, implement preventive measures to ensure equipment reliability, and manage repair schedules. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring consistent performance across maintenance activities. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property care and repair.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and implement preventive measures to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Manage repair schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities.
  • Ensure consistent performance and high standards of property care.
  • Handle communication with property owners, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications
  • Proven supervisory skills with experience directing and managing maintenance staff.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance processes.
  • Experience in maintenance management, including planning and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Proficiency in maintenance & repair tasks across a variety of property and equipment types.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with property owners, contractors, and team members.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • A relevant technical or managerial certification is advantageous.
