Corporate Project Admissions Director
Acadia Healthcare is a national leader in the treatment of individuals with co‑occurring conditions. We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven professional to serve as Corporate Project Admissions Director, traveling to our facilities across the U.S. to act as the on‑site Admissions Director when vacancies exist and to drive improvement in admissions processes.

About the RoleSupporting and traveling to Acadia admissions departments. Acting as the Admissions Director at facilities with a vacancy. Identifying gaps in the admissions process, recognizing training needs, and delivering actionable items to facility admissions directors.
Job Functions- Travel to Acadia facilities serving as the Project Admissions Director and work front‑end operations staff (approximately 100% of the time will be spent traveling / at facilities).
- Define and measure individual admissions related goals at each facility.
- Support and train facility admissions departments on performance goals, including ADC, admissions volume, conversion rate, client service productivity and staff engagement.
- Coach and develop facility admissions departments to build high‑performing teams.
- Develop and oversee admissions processes, systems, and reporting in line with facility needs and company standards.
- Support facility admissions teams with relationships to stakeholders, including facility management, marketers, ASC leadership, and referents.
- Participate in company initiatives to improve admissions capabilities and define standards across the organization.
- Identify gaps in the admissions process:
Evaluate department functions, use telephonic reports, observe pre‑admissions processes. - Improve day‑to‑day admissions operations:
Monitor inquiry volume targets, initiate outreach, lead outbound calls, manage follow‑ups, analyze CRM data, and adjust processes. - Coach admissions staff:
Perform coaching sessions, review performance data, conduct meetings and team‑building initiatives.
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work (clinical field) or RN required.
- Behavioral health admissions: 3+ years.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in acute psychiatric hospital industry preferred.
- Senior leadership or management experience in acute admission setting.
- Ability to travel to U.S.
-based Acadia facilities (~100% of the role).
