This role sits at the intersection of media, e-commerce, technology, customer acquisition, and analytics. This person will be responsible for connecting the dots across TV, digital media, e-commerce, call center, Shopify, Recharge, APIs, and reporting, while providing management with clear visibility into campaign performance and actionable recommendations for improving results.
The Director will also lead and manage the internal and external team members supporting these functions, establishing priorities, accountability, processes, and performance standards to ensure the entire direct response operation runs efficiently and effectively.
