The Client Reporting Program Manager leads enterprise-wide client reporting governance and coordination across Wellpath, ensuring reporting commitments are clearly defined, feasible, accurate, standardized, and consistently delivered. The role serves as the primary connection between Operations, Information Technology, Finance, Clinical, Compliance, Partnership Development, and client-facing teams to support reporting needs. This position oversees reporting governance, stakeholder collaboration, and the management of reporting initiatives from planning through implementation.

The Program Manager supports client commitments, contract-related reporting requirements, and reporting model development while advancing reporting quality and consistency.

• Lead client reporting governance, including intake, prioritization, evaluation, tracking, standardization, and change management for reporting requests and commitments.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, Clinical, Compliance, Workforce Management, Partnership Development, and other stakeholders to define requirements, resolve barriers, and drive decisions.
• Manage reporting initiatives from concept through implementation, including planning, timelines, risk management, communication, and status reporting.
