ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving results? We’re looking for a Sales Qualification Manager to join our Sales team in Franklin, TN and help take our Qualification Specialist (QS) operation to the next level.

In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the QS team — coaching specialists, managing performance, generating business insights through reporting, and collaborating with Team Captains to build a high-performing, motivated group. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and people-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets excited about helping their team grow, hit goals, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead & Develop Your Team

Train, develop, and implement individualized growth plans for each Qualification Specialist — investing in their skills, confidence, and career trajectory.

Partner with Team Captains to cultivate a strong, collaborative QS team culture where people support one another and push each other to be their best.

Administer employee reviews, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions in partnership with HR — always with fairness, clarity, and respect.

Champion a positive, high-energy team environment where performance is recognized and celebrated.

Drive Operations & Performance

Oversee daily QS operations, ensuring the team is running smoothly and hitting key productivity benchmarks.

Evaluate QS performance and productivity on an ongoing basis, identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that give leadership clear visibility into team performance and business outcomes.

Audit files as directed by the Qualification Specialist Director to maintain quality and consistency.
