Maintenance Technician-3rd Shift

Lasko Products, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of portable fans and heaters for over 100 years, is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our light manufacturing facility in Franklin.

This role is on the 3rd shift, working hours 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes of equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor to minimize downtime.
• Assist in equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments to support production requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Install and remove screw guns, tape guns, and other equipment as needed for repair or changeovers.

• Think proactively, properly follow instructions, and complete duties with minimal supervision.
• Work well around loud equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Be mechanically adept.
• Possess basic knowledge of tools.
• Read and follow blueprints or equipment manuals.

• High School Diploma.

• Stand, walk, and long periods of time.
• Kneel and stoop for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
