Folding Carton Packer (Bindery Support) at RLG Healthcare

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days per week. Rotates each month: first Monday–Thursday, then Tuesday–Friday.

• Pack folding carton materials efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect all finished products to ensure quality integrity prior to shipment.
• Work as a team member to meet production standards.
• Prepare all finished products for shipment (boxing, taping, labeling, packing list, shrink‑wrapping, banding when necessary).
• Follow proper safety and quality procedures to ensure consistent high‑quality products.
• Work in other areas of manufacturing as needed.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in cleanup and keep work area neat and orderly.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret ruler, scales and other measurement devices.
• Preferred: one or more years' experience in a bindery, shipping, or packing role.
• Must be able to stand and walk regularly.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
