The role of the operator is to ensure the start-up of the equipment under his responsibility according to precise operating procedures established by the company.

• Adjust equipment.
• Operate equipment (control panels, computer terminals or other).
• Monitor indicators, computer readings and control screens.
• Perform established quality tests, and make necessary adjustments.
• Complete production records.
• Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper functioning of production equipment.
• Perform various tasks required by his supervisor in connection with production.
• Ensure the finished product is of the highest quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Clean surfaces and equipment using water and cleaning products.
• Rinse surfaces and equipment with water from high and low pressure systems.
• Clean surfaces and equipment using prescribed chemicals in accordance with protocols and procedures.
• Perform daily tasks, including, but not limited to, emptying and replenishing garbage and recycling bins; replenishing hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towel dispenser replenishing cup dispenser; replenishing and maintaining the health inventory, etc.
• All other related tasks.
