Director of Communications

We are partnering with a leading national healthcare organization seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Director of Communications to lead internal and external communications during a period of organizational transformation.

This individual will develop and execute communications strategies that strengthen employee engagement, support change management initiatives, and elevate brand awareness within local communities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead change management communications supporting organizational transformation, technology adoption, and process improvements.

Partner with executive leadership to develop messaging that drives organizational alignment and employee engagement.

Strengthen cross-functional communication and collaboration across corporate and field-based teams.

Develop grassroots communications initiatives focused on community engagement, customer storytelling, and brand awareness.

Support public relations, media relations, and strategic community partnerships.

Establish effective communications channels, processes, and measurement strategies.

Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced environment.
