Everton Baptist Church (SBC), located in the Ozarks of north central Arkansas, is seeking a man who is totally sold out to God and who is able to think outside the church walls to serve as part-time pastor to our small congregation (fewer than 50 people).

Rover Baptist Church is a smaller rural church located between Eagleville and Unionville, TN. We are prayerfully seeking a full time pastor to lead and shepard our growing church. Average worship attendance around 100, full age range (birth-89 years old) Sunday school 75. Parsonage available on site if needed. Health insurance optional with salary package. We are seeking the man that God has prepared to be our next pastor. We are a loving and generous congregation with a heart for winning our community to Jesus Christ through His Gospel. Our church currently includes about
260 regularly attending members from throughout Wayne County, KY (Population 20,000).

Some of the most important responsibilities of our pastor include:

• Delivering sermons, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, that relate the Bible to our lives and that disciple us to be better witnesses for Jesus Christ.
• Casting a vision for our church and leading us in the accomplishment of that vision.
• Strengthening our church through private and public devotion, prayer and Bible study.
• Communicating (and teaching us how to communicate) a comprehensive understanding of the Bible and Christian theology.
• Ministering to, befriending, nurturing, supporting, reconciling, and affirming church members.
• Managing the affairs of our church through planning, decision making, delegating, and evaluating.

Qualifications:

• Some church ministry experience.
• Some formal education such as Bible college or seminary.

Compensation will be determined by several factors such as experience, degree, and skill set. The range will be from $65,000 – $75,000 base salary.
