Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Medi-Weight loss of Franklin, TN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a part-time / PRN role at our Franklin clinic. This position is ideal for a provider looking for a consistent Saturday schedule, with the option to add one or two additional weekdays based on availability. • Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history relevant to care
• Conduct physical examinations according to Medi-Weight loss guidelines
• Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs
• Provide preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and product and supplement education
• Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative practice agreements
• Document patient care and medication management accurately in the EMR
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals or facilities when needed
• Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address patient concerns

• Review Weight Tracker Reports, Slipping Reports, and assigned KPIs to support clinical oversight
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain high standards of patient care
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical education initiatives
• Support clinic operations through quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
• Assist with implementation of new programs, services, and clinical offerings as needed

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain
