Resident II RN Rehab: Impactful Inpatient Care

Tri Star Southern Hills Medical Center in Franklin, TN is seeking a Resident II RN in Inpatient Rehabilitation. You will deliver acute and rehabilitation-focused care, working closely with physicians, PT, OT, speech therapy and case management to guide patients from admission to discharge.

You’ll monitor progress, document clinical data, educate patients and families, and participate in team conferences to optimize outcomes while ensuring safety and high-quality care. No travel required.
