Nurse Practitioner

We're excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside a nationally recognized leader in innovative ketamine infusion therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex regional pain syndrome.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering life‑changing care, working directly with patients through all phases of their infusion treatments, including consultation, initiation, monitoring, and ongoing support.

You’ll join a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional outcomes while benefiting from robust autonomy and strong collaboration.

• Place and administer IV therapies for ketamine infusions
• Consult with patients and families about their treatment plans
• Care for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and chronic regional pain syndrome
• Monitor and support patients throughout infusion and recovery
• Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies if they arise
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records

• 3+ years clinical experience in IV placement and medication delivery
• 3+ years working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• ICU or ER experience is a major plus
• Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of an expert team
