We are a premier destination that brings nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way. This position is part of the Farm Cultivation Team, which operates a 2‑acre vegetable operation and four acres of apple and berry orchards, as well as pasture‑raised eggs, chickens, turkeys and ducks. The food produced supplies our onsite restaurants, events and retail outlets, and is grown using organic and regenerative methods.
Our farm operation is expanding to new areas of land and new production systems, from agroecological vegetable growing to food forests and regenerative grazing.
- Seed starting and greenhouse plant care
- Preparation and maintenance of growing areas
- Planting, harvesting and weeding crops
- Washing and packaging produce
- Caring for poultry and other livestock
- Caring for trees and perennial crops
- Helping to improve farming systems and work towards regenerative goals
- Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day
- Physical effort and stamina for long and difficult tasks
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Interest in developing ecological farming systems
- Valid driver’s license
- 1+ season of farming preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
