Are you enthusiastic about real estate and possess a sharp attention to detail? We are seeking a driven Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist our agents by managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Your excellent organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Execute a lead generation lever weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• Real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
