• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
• Assist buyers, secure signed agreements, and help find suitable homes
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers
• Use PLACE Technology to record tasks and activities
• Host two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend coaching sessions, training, and partner calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
