What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the end-to-end process for lease renewals across a portfolio of properties, ensuring renewals are timely and aligned with company objectives
  • Lead the negotiation process for lease renewals, ensuring favorable financial terms and compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Director of Real Estate to develop strategies that maximize profitability while considering tenant retention
  • Analyze financial performance related to lease renewals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as renewal rates and tenant retention
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants and serve as a point of contact during the renewal process
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; professional designation such as a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, property management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing lease renewals, negotiations, and tenant relations
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including EBITDA and rent roll analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience managing lease renewals for large real estate portfolios
  • Knowledge of real estate law and tenant rights
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate markets and trends
