Associate Director, Proteomics - a scientific leadership position overseeing proteomic strategies to advance biomarker discovery and translational pharmacology within drug development programs.
Responsibilities- set scientific vision for integrated proteomics approaches
- guide assay design and development
- lead a team of scientists
- act as the primary scientific contact for proteomics studies
- Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to embed proteomic insights into decision-making processes
- influence high-level scientific discussions and translate complex data into actionable insights
- PhD in a relevant discipline
- extensive experience in proteomics, bioanalytical assay development, and translational sciences
- leadership experience managing scientific teams
- expertise in global and targeted proteomics, biomarker discovery, translational pharmacology, molecular pathology
- experience supporting drug discovery in complex therapeutic areas
- proven ability to influence across functional teams and with external sponsors
role may involve cross-functional collaboration and presentation to sponsor leadership.
