A premier hospitality destination is seeking a Restaurant Captain to oversee dining service and deliver an immersive, well-curated dining experience. This role requires restaurant hospitality experience, strong team leadership, and excellent communication skills. The Captain will coordinate guest orders, mentor staff, and maintain high service standards. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be available for weekends and holidays.
