Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and security, managing profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition, and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify as a manager in a corporate‑owned McDonald’s restaurant.
