Westhaven Golf Course is seeking a skilled, service‑driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional bar service across multiple outlets on property, including the Main Clubhouse
, Downstairs Turn Grill Lounge
, and additional event or dining venues as needed. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, personable, and committed to delivering a high‑quality member and guest experience in a private club setting.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately process orders through the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Manage bar inventory, including stocking, rotating products, and communicating needs to management.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events, banquets, tournaments, and special functions.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible service and TABC guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Westhaven’s service standards, policies, and brand expectations at all times.

• Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a private club, golf course, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid TABC or state‑required alcohol certification (or ability to obtain).

• Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts may vary depending on outlet needs, events, and seasonal business levels.
