• Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale restaurant
• Ensure every shift runs with a sense of urgency and excellence
• Lead and inspire a polished front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards for food, presentation, and pace
• Maintain operational control over labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost management
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in execution
• 2+ years of upscale or fine dining management experience and take pride in delivering excellence
• Highly organized, naturally decisive, with strong floor presence and a sense of command
• Skilled in coaching and developing a high‑caliber team
• Detail‑obsessed with a strong eye for service, pace, and presentation
• Calm and effective in high‑pressure moments
• Serv Safe certified (or willing to obtain)
