About the RoleAs a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and support them with relevant information. You will also manage garment refill & care, maintain a clean sales floor, and work closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
A Day in the LifeWorking at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store & OMNI experience.
- Engage in conversations with customers to promote and sell our products.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas.
- Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors and relevant influencers.
- Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in available onboarding, training, and courses relevant to your role and career growth.
- Complete the full garment cycle: unpacking, refill, steaming, and garment care.
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
- Support garment presentation, maintain attractive displays, clear trends & stories in line with visual & commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines.
- Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Passionate about fashion and the H&M brand.

- Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Have sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
- Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries.
