Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager based in Salem, NH. The Retail Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a well-organized and pleasant shopping environment for customers. The Retail Manager will also train and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and handling Customer Service inquiries
• Proven track record in Team Management and Sales
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in retail management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  College degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
