Supervisor Store 1 - Franklin, TN (Part‑time)

Works autonomously in managing the functions of a store.

• Leading and supervising employees; doing ATI, hiring, training, and employee development.
• Managing store supplies accounts, expense reports, weekly schedule preparation, and receiving shipments.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy, monitoring store metrics, ordering supplies, maintaining displays and price tags.
• Participating in monthly manager meetings, responsible for store keys, purchase card use, and store funds security.
• Ensuring employee and customer safety and overall customer satisfaction.

This position is 28 hours per week. 401K benefits included.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, and at least 3‑year lead or supervisory experience.

• Previous experience leading others in a retail setting.
